Sugar free , plant-based calm gummies with a touch of blood orange and bergamot.

Isomalt – 120 grams
Maltitol – 60 grams
Agar-agar – 3.7 grams
Pectin NH – 1 gram
Blood orange puree – 135 grams
Bergamot puree – 20 grams
Lemon juice – 2 grams
Dextrose – 40 grams
Wild orange aroma oil – 3 drops
CBD organic oil – 25 mg
👩🍳 Method:
Prepare your silicone molds:
Lightly grease 2 Silikomart semi-sphere molds (3 cm diameter) with a neutral oil or non-stick spray.Bloom the agar:
In a small saucepan, combine 135 g blood orange puree, bergamot puree and 3.75 g agar-agar. Let it sit for about 3-5 minutes to fully hydrate.Cook the syrup:
Place the pan on medium heat. Once the agar is dissolved, add the isomalt, maltitol mixed with a pectin, and citric acid (or lemon juice).
Bring the mixture to a boil while gently stirring.
Heat until it reaches 110-112°C (230-234°F). Use a candy thermometer for precision.Flavor and color:
Remove from heat. Add wild orange oil for aroma.
Stir well to incorporate.Add CBD oil:
Allow the mixture to cool slightly to around 80-85°C (176-185°F).
Stir in the CBD oil gently to preserve its properties.Mold the gummies:
Quickly and carefully pour the mixture into the prepared molds using a small ladle or piping bag.
Tap the molds lightly to remove air bubbles.Set:
Let the gummies set at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
Optionally, refrigerate for 20 minutes if you want faster setting, but avoid prolonged refrigeration to prevent moisture build-up.Unmold and finish:
Carefully unmold the gummies.
If desired, lightly dust them with inulin or dextrose powder to prevent sticking.
