Founder of Frangie School
Hi, I’m Angie, a vegan pastry chef and the founder of Frangie School.
For the past 6+ years I’ve been developing and teaching vegan, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free desserts.
My mission is simple — to show that healthy desserts can be technically correct, beautiful and truly delicious.
Through my courses I teach the structure behind pastry so you can stop guessing recipes and start understanding how desserts actually work.
